The problem

Why New York Practices Lose Revenue With Generic Billing Companies

Most revenue lost in New York isn’t lost to bad coding. It’s lost to deadlines, payer rules and paperwork that out-of-state billers don’t track.

Deadlines that don’t forgive mistakes

A biller used to 365-day filing windows will sit on a Medicaid claim until it’s worthless. In New York, a corrected Medicaid claim is also due back within 60 days.

Six payer systems in one practice

eMedNY, Medicaid managed care plans, Medicare, commercial plans, No-Fault carriers and Workers’ Comp each have their own forms, edits and appeal routes. Claims fall through the gaps.

An overloaded front desk

Eligibility checks, Medicaid plan changes and prior authorizations get skipped on busy days — and the denial arrives weeks later. We do that work before the visit.

Our services

Medical Billing Services for New York Practices

Choose full revenue cycle management or only the services you need. Every service runs inside your existing EHR.

Medical Billing & Claims

Charge entry, claim scrubbing and electronic submission to eMedNY, Medicaid plans, Medicare and commercial payers.

No-Fault Billing

NY specialty: auto-accident claims filed within 45 days with the right forms and records, and overdue claims chased.

Workers’ Comp Billing

NY specialty: electronic CMS-1500 bills with narrative reports, filed within 120 days, plus follow-up on unpaid bills.

Denial Management

Every denial worked to its root cause, corrected or appealed — then fixed upstream so it doesn’t repeat.

A/R Recovery & Cleanup

Old A/R sorted by payer and remaining filing window, so collectible claims are worked first.

Coding & Billing Audits

CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS review with correct modifiers and E/M levels, plus audits that find missed charges.

Credentialing & Enrollment

NY Medicaid, Medicare (PECOS), Medicaid managed care and commercial plan enrollment, plus CAQH upkeep.

Eligibility & Prior Auth

Pre-visit eligibility and plan checks and prior authorizations, tracked by payer and service.

Remote Patient Monitoring

Billing for RPM programs, including the device-day and time requirements payers check before paying RPM codes.

Medical Transcription

Accurate transcription of clinical dictation into your records, with turnaround tracked on every file.

Appointment Scheduling

Scheduling, reminders and patient intake support, so your front desk can focus on the patients in front of them.

No-Fault and Workers’ Comp Billing in New York

Auto-accident and work-injury claims follow their own rules, forms and fee schedule. Orthopedic, physical therapy, chiropractic and pain management practices often depend on them — and lose the most when they’re handled like regular insurance claims.
